As Director of Finance at Samuels & Associates, Ashley oversees the company’s financial planning and forecasting processes and is actively involved in portfolio analytics and performance reporting, valuations, risk assessment, and conducting market research. With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Ashley is skilled at conducting value-add financial analyses to drive strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Ashley worked with Lendlease as the Commercial Director and led the financial management, reporting, and decision support of their East Coast portfolio comprising of $2.5B in multi-family and life science Development projects. She began her career as an auditor with BDO USA and has also worked across other companies, including MFS Investment Management and Fidelity Investments, within their corporate accounting and FP&A functions.

Ashley enjoys staying active with her two dogs and has been an avid runner since college, participating in two consecutive Boston Marathons in support of the Martin Richard Foundation along with numerous half marathons. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Suffolk University.
