Sam Bowen is a construction project manager at Samuels & Associates, responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project including budgets, schedules, buyouts, and logistics associated with renovation and construction jobs across the portfolio. He works closely with the development team for a seamless transition into the construction phase of development.

Sam spent the early part of his career at Suffolk Construction as an assistant project manager, primarily working on new residential construction projects. He also managed 205 Marion St., LLC in East Boston where he worked closely with the neighborhood in support of the multifamily property.

Having spent the summers of 2013 and 2014 as an intern at S&A while earning his degree in urban studies from Hobart College, Sam is excited to be back and continue his career here. “As an intern, I was amazed by the family-like dynamic of the team here and always worked towards the goal of re-joining the Samuels team!”

When not in the office, you’ll find Sam spending all his time outdoors; hiking, snowboarding, fly fishing, and camping.
