As a former consultant with Samuels & Associates, Andi Simpson admired the S&A approach to development, the company’s commitment to building community through real estate, and the impact that has resulted from their investment. Now, as Senior Vice President, she leads the public relations and marketing teams with a focus on creative and community engagement. As an innovative and execution-focused communications strategist, Andi directs the creative vision and global marketing strategy for property management and development across the firm’s portfolio.

Real estate, community, and art are in Andi’s DNA, having grown up in the shopping center industry. Andi comes to S&A with over 15 years senior management experience in creative, marketing and corporate communications at the asset and corporate levels. Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Andi was responsible for the strategic marketing, destination planning, and B2B/B2C communications at some of the industry’s top REITs including Federal Realty, Boston Properties, General Growth and Urban Edge Properties. Notable projects include the building, leasing, development and opening of Assembly Row, a $1.5 billion mixed-use award-winning project in Somerville, MA; Prudential Center, Atlantic Wharf, and Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston, MA; Pike & Rose, Bethesda Row, and Harborplace and The Gallery in Maryland. She also founded Mountain Marketing Consulting, allowing her to work alongside creative and passionate powerhouses like Samuels & Associates.

Andi is a member of the Northern Community Investment Corporation Board of Directors, supporting public relations and marketing efforts to fuel economic growth. She is also a SCORE certified mentor for small businesses and after founding New England’s largest region of Lasagna Love, volunteers with her daughter to feed families impacted by health, economic, or mental crises. Andi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Regis College and, at her core, is an energy-giver and storyteller who enjoys actively connecting, mentoring and building relationships wherever she goes.
