As a General Manager of Dot Block, an iconic mix-used development by Samuels & Associates, Chelsea Nason manages the property’s financial success and operational decisions, as well as oversees capital projects and all leasing and marketing efforts. With vast experience in property management, she ensures stabilization and effective resident retention for the property.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Chelsea worked at The Dolben Company, where she started as an Assistant Property Manager and was later promoted to Property Manager. During her tenure, she was responsible for the oversight and administration of multiple developments, as well as for their operational decisions and financial success. Chelsea holds Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) professional certificates from the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI).

In her free time, Chelsea likes to spending quality time with her family and friends, cooking, being outdoors with her dog Kya and going to Celtics games. She is a Massachusetts native and has called Boston home since 2016. Chelsea earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bates College.
