As General Manager of Fenway Triangle at Samuels & Associates, Erin Armstrong oversees the property’s operations, financial performance, and capital projects. She also manages leasing and marketing strategy, as well as resident engagement efforts.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Erin worked with Eagle Rock Properties as Senior Regional Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 2000 apartment homes across New England. She also worked with Avalon Bay Communities as General Manager, leading teams through the acquisition and disposition of properties, development of new communities, and management of a portfolio of 1000 apartment homes over 4 assets. In both firms, Erin led the development of internship and college recruitment programs to strengthen talent and encourage workforce development in the sector.

Throughout her career, Erin has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades including a Lease Up Award in 2008, Operational Excellence Awards in 2009, 2012 and 2013, Leadership Awards in 2005 and 2015, a Partnership Award in 2011, a Mentorship Award in 2015, and an Innovation Award in 2018. In her free time Erin enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
