First joining Samuels & Associates as an Assistant General Manager in 2015, Jeremy Ouellette has steadily risen through the ranks and is now the Vice President of Portfolio Operations. As VP of Portfolio operations, Jeremy is responsible for overseeing management of multi-family and commercial properties. In his role, Jeremy ensures the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the management portfolio.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Jeremy worked with other real estate management groups such as Archstone, Equity Residential, and United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc. (UDR). Jeremy is an active member of multiple professional organizations including Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA), currently serving on the board as Treasurer, as well as BOMA, and NAIOP.

In his free time, Jeremy enjoys going on adventures with his husband, children, and dog, as well as regularly hosting dinners for family and friends. He is also a strong supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association and has raised money for the charity by running the Boston Marathon three times.

Jeremy is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Hospitality Management focus.
