As the Vice President of Construction at Samuels & Associates, Jonathan Elliott oversees all stages of development projects from design and planning to construction. During predevelopment, Jonathan advises on cost impacts and constructability issues, while acting as the developer’s on-site representative during the construction phase of projects.

Prior to joining the Samuels team in 2019, Jonathan was managing director of development at The Fallon Company where he was responsible for multiple aspects of predevelopment, development, and construction activities for mixed-use projects across the East Coast. Jonathan spent much of his career with Turner Construction, managing contract negotiation, preconstruction, and project close-outs for a range of large-scale projects.

An avid skier and biker, Jonathan also spends time volunteering with the City of Boston’s Southampton St. Homeless Shelter and Rosie’s Place’s pantry, helping with the logistics and construction of building renovations and additions. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
