Larissa Azevedo is the General Manager of Van Ness, an urban oasis located in the heart of Fenway surrounded by endless entertainment, restaurants, parks, art, and innovation. With a focus on strategic leadership, she meticulously oversees the property’s financial performance, operations, and leasing & marketing strategies, ensuring optimal asset management and tenant satisfaction. Larissa is dedicated to fostering cohesive teams and cultivating a dynamic, welcoming community, enhancing resident engagement and elevating the overall living experience.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Larissa was the General Manager for Lovejoy Wharf & The Beverly under Related Management directing the management of the two properties, implementing strategic initiatives, and streamlining operations and performance. Now as a member of the S&A team, Larissa looks forward to contributing to the success of the firm and working with individuals directly responsible for the development of some of Boston’s most renowned commercial real estate properties.

Larissa earned numerous certifications including a Tax Credit Specialist Advanced Certification, and is an Accredited Residential Manger, a notary public, and a candidate to become a Certified Property Manager. She also works to inspire and elevate other women leaders acting as an advisor for CERTiFi, a Women in Leadership certificate program by Mercy University, which she herself completed in May of 2024.

Larissa is a huge supporter of her family and friends and loves finding ways to celebrate their wins no matter how big or small. She also enjoys traveling, video games, creating cosplay costumes, reading, and spending time with her dog. Larissa earned a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University, double majoring in PPE (Politics, Philosophy & Economics), and Law.
