As a Property Accountant at Samuels & Associates, Lydia oversees monthly & quarterly financial reporting for residential and commercial assets and ensures accurate financial records and compliance with lenders and regulations. Lydia is excited to be a part of the firm’s vibrant and inclusive culture.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Lydia served as a property accountant at Colliers International and Torrington Properties, Inc., where she managed full accounting cycle for designated portfolio of commercial real estate properties and maintained diligent oversight of both finances and project timelines.

Lydia is an avid traveler and to date has lived in Vermont, Colorado and now in Massachusetts. When she lived in Vermont, she volunteered at Meals on Wheels, delivering meals to local seniors, and looks forward to participating in the local group South Shore Meals on Wheels. Lydia also enjoys hands on crafts and activities such as sewing, crocheting, and gardening. Lydia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Champlain College.
