As Yardi and Enterprise System Administrator at Samuels & Associates, Majid Foroutan helps manage and improve the use of existing Yardi and other real estate digital applications. Majid’s strong background with management software, CRM and other technical systems also enables him to work on expanding projects, adding new applications and functionality to help Samuels & Associates manage their growing portfolio.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Majid worked with businesses such as Jones Street Residential, Harvard University, Prologis, and Chestnut Hill Realty as a Yardi manager and consultant. Passionate about IT, real estate and finance Majid is enthusiastic about joining the S&A team which encompasses all three.

Growing up in Iran, Majid came to the United States to pursue higher education and has since settled down in Boston. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, hiking, reading and watching movies. Majid earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Economics from California State University and a Master of Science in Economics from Northeastern University.
