As Vice President of Accounting at Samuels & Associates, Michael Levesque is responsible for the maintenance of general ledgers and preliminary preparation of financial statements for a portfolio of mixed-use, multifamily, and development properties. His role includes both the execution and supervision of account analysis and reconciliations, developing internal reporting, maintaining, and designing an advanced system of internal controls as well as issuing accurate financial statements.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Michael began his career in hotel accounting with the Marriott Harbor Beach and Turnberry Isle Resort based in Florida. Making his way back to Boston, he discovered a passion for real estate and worked with Boston Properties as a Senior Property Accountant and Senior Accounting Manager for twenty years. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Suffolk University.

Michael lives in Milton with his husband Stuart, cat Geo, and enjoys cooking delicious meals for his family on a regular basis. In his free time, Michael takes the opportunity to travel and participate in seasonal sports, skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer. Valuing giving back to our larger global community, Michael also sponsors a family in Cape Town through Acacia Global.
