Ryan Coakley is an Associate Project Manager, working on the ongoing development of the air-rights project known as Parcel 12. In his role, Ryan coordinates with the MBTA, MassDOT, contractors, and technical consultants to manage on site work and the project’s workflow. He also works closely with the team’s other Project Manager to oversee financials, timelines, and data for this one-of-a-kind development. Ryan loves that “S&A doesn’t shy away from complex projects” and the collaboration and comradery among the team.

Before joining the Samuels team in 2020, Ryan worked on a range of projects within the higher education, laboratory, retail, and healthcare industries. In his most recent position at Caldwell & Walsh, he managed interior renovations and laboratory fit-outs, collaborating closely with a variety of clients, subcontractors, and team members for a top-quality finished project.

Growing up in New Jersey, Ryan considers Massachusetts home; living in Boston and spending summers on Cape Cod. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University. A Boston sports fan, Ryan likes to stay active by skiing, and golfing across New England.
