As a Tenant Improvement Construction Manager at Samuels & Associates, Steve DeLeo oversees construction and improvements of tenant spaces, ensuring construction projects remain on budget and on schedule while guaranteeing that tenants remain content in their living spaces. With a strong background in real estate, project management and construction Steve is skilled in developing ROJ’s, IOR’s, RFI’s and working cohesively with contractors and clients alike.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Steve worked as a realtor with Keller Williams Realty and with John Moriarty and Associates as a project manager and field engineer, successfully completing multiple construction laboratory fit-outs. He also participated in internship opportunities with Northeast Building and Renovations, John Moriarty and Associates and Samuels & Associates.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University where he played soccer; he continues to play in leagues around the city. Coming from a family of real estate agents, Steve has always been interested in real estate, development, and design, and became a licensed realtor in 2020. Steve is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors.
