As General Manager of South Standard, an iconic mixed-used development by Samuels & Associates, Ty Brieske manages the property’s financial success and operational decisions, as well as oversees capital projects and all leasing and marketing efforts. With extensive experience in property management, Ty is excited to contribute to the success of South Standard.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates Ty served as a property director at Alta Revolution, where he managed a 329-unit, 4 phased delivery, 4 income tiered new lease up in Assembly Row. He also served as Community Manager at the Addison / Greystar and Property Manager at Alta Union House. During his time with Wood Partners, Ty received two J Turner Research ORA Elite Status awards recognizing his management of the online reputation for the Alta Union House and Alta Clara.

In his free time, Ty enjoys playing sports. He has been playing softball for about 15 years and currently plays in the North American Gay Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA,). He is also in Boston FLAG (Friends, Lesbians, and Gays) Flag Football, which is Boston’s premiere flag football league for the LGBTQIA+ community and one of the largest gay sports leagues in Boston.
