Overview

A modern, mixed-use community is under development in Andrew Square in South Boston. The first phase, which is now open, includes a 214-unit mixed-use residential building known as South Standard, with over 20,000 square feet of retail space featuring F45, and “The Green” — an urban respite of programmable open green space for events and enjoyment. Washington Village will ultimately bring 746 residential units, including middle-income and affordable living options, more than 82,000 square feet of retail space, and significant open space to the neighborhood. Once complete, the project will be a vibrant and transformative addition to the Andrew Square neighborhood for generations to come.
